Vitamin B Supplement for Depression Anxiety Recovery
A new study has confirmed that a Vitamin B Supplement helps depression anxiety recovery. Scientists had already associated Vitamin B deficiency with depression anxiety.
A 2004 study found that Vitamin B6, in particular, is a cofactor in the tryptophan-serotonin pathway, and low levels of Vitamin B6 results in reduced serotonin and depression anxiety. According to the study Vitamin B12 was not associated with depression anxiety.
The scientists argued that “Randomized trials are now justified and needed in order to examine whether treatment with vitamin B6 may improve symptoms of depression.”
A new 2013 study, using random placebo controlled trials, found that Vitamin B supplements significantly improve depression anxiety symptoms. The scientists used the supplement “Max Stress B” for their study. Max Stress B is a liquid vitamin B supplement derived from probiotics.

Vitamin B is known as an energy booster and is the principal ingredient in most energy drinks.
Individuals with depression anxiety tend to have low levels of many different vitamins and minerals, such as Vitamin C, Vitamin D3 and Omega 3, to name a few, not just Vitamin B.
Low levels of vitamins, minerals, and essential fatty acids in individuals with depression anxiety is due to poor absorption caused by inflammation and damage to the gastrointestinal tract or gut.

Using supplements such as vitamin B alone to boost levels, may relieve depression anxiety symptoms, but do not tackle the underlying cause of depression anxiety.
To achieve full depression anxiety recovery, supplements to heal the gut such as probiotics, as well as vitamin and mineral supplements are required. An anti-inflammatory diet which eliminates foods and toxins, and replaces them with foods that aide healing, along with exercise to improve digestion and metabolism of vitamins and minerals, is also required.
In addition, to achieve full recovery, individuals with depression anxiety should try to determine the underlying cause of their condition, psychological, physical, or a combination, and eliminate the underlying cause.
