Moody’s Depression Anxiety Journal Day 8 Back Again
I’m back to writing in my depression anxiety journal again, after a 2 1/2 month absence, caused by my not making any progress towards achieving my goals, and several very stressful life events.
I did not see the reason in writing in my depression anxiety journal if I wasn’t seriously tackling the remaining few items preventing my full depression anxiety recovery. Then, several very stressful events took place, which actually worsened my various health conditions, including depression anxiety.
My adult stepson moved in with us, to share our small studio apartment, with no sign or intention of quickly moving out. And my mother passed away, in fact her death occurred yesterday, after a 3 month struggle with cancer.
Depression Anxiety Goals
My depression anxiety goals are to stop eating chocolate, smoking cigarettes, and drinking coffee.
Chocolate – none
Cigarettes – same
Coffee – 3/4 cup
Depression Anxiety Diet
Spinach Egg Omelette
Mediterranean Salad
Vegetarian Stir Fry
Depression Anxiety Supplements
Multivitamin

Vitamin D 3
Milk Thistle
Probiotics
Enzymes
Exercise: Filbert Steps once
Mood: Calm
Moody Notes:
However, in the midst of the stress, I gave up eating chocolate covered almonds two weeks ago, and my body has been going through a semi-severe detox and herxheimer’s reaction. My HPA axis is not in homeostasis, I have lost weight, I am constipated, and my symptoms got worse.
Today, is the first day in two weeks, where I feel that my body is starting to regain strength. I still have to stop smoking and drinking coffee. I will tackle the smoking next. Chocolate, smoking, coffee are all bad for depression anxiety and recovery.

Also, despite everything, I was able to remain semi-productive, pump out a bunch of important depression anxiety articles, and triple the number of visitors to the Depression Anxiety Website.
Several articles involved the link between diet and depression anxiety:
How Gluten Causes Depression Anxiety
How Sugar Causes Depression Anxiety
How GMO Food Causes Depression Anxiety
A couple of the articles were about the environment and depression anxiety:
How Pollution Causes Depression Anxiety
How Allergies Cause Depression Anxiety
How Stress Causes Depression Anxiety
And finally, two important articles about psychology, psychiatry, and the placebo effect:
Psychology or Psychiatry for Depression Anxiety
How the Placebo Effect Works
Everyday it seems, new research is coming out, reinforcing the benefits of the Depression Anxiety Recovery Plan. The most important new research to come out, since I took a break from journal writing has to be on How GMO Food causes depression anxiety. A must read.
My focus now is on getting healthy, by achieving my goals, and by reducing my stress. At the same time, I will also try and make the website more user friendly, and improve communication with readers.
My heart is heavy from the loss of my mother, but my mind is optimistic, and my children keep me going.
